How to calculate SPI master clock?

SPI Master Clock = Clock source frequency/((1+Serial Clock rate) * divider)

So if serial clock rate =0 then the formula becomes:

Actual SPI Master Clock = Clock Source Frequency /divider

Example:
Clock source frequency=40Mhz
Serial Clock rate =0
Divider = 2

Then SPI Master Clock = 40/((1+0)*2) = 20 Mhz
